About Me
Hi, I’m Ajeet Yadav, a diet and nutrition educator with a passion for making healthy eating simple, practical, and effective. My journey into nutrition isn’t just about knowledge—it’s personal.
In 2012, I was healthy and physically fit, weighing 60 kg. But working in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) with odd shifts and unhealthy eating habits took a toll on my body. By the end of 2019, I had reached 85 kg, feeling sluggish, fatigued, and dangerously close to prediabetes. Without fad diets or extreme restrictions, I turned to science-backed nutrition and practical food choices and yoga—and successfully brought my weight down to 65 kg, regaining my energy and health.
